GRILLED CHEESE ON STOVE | AMAZINGLY GOOEY!

Want to know how to make the best grilled cheese ever? 

Well keep on reading and I’ll show you my DIY on how to make the best grilled cheese sandwich.

So the other day I was like, you know what, I have to really step up my grilled cheese game. In fact, I decided I must simply make the best grilled cheese in the world.  And guys, I think that I literally have the best grilled cheese sandwich. 

This recipe can be done with or without bacon. 

Here’s what you’ll be needing for this recipe:

-Sliced Bread

-Mable Cheddar

-Gouda

-Butter

Step one, toast your bread. While the bread is toasting, begin to cut up your cheeses. I like to cut mines in the short, rectangular way. 

Now because I’m using an air fryer this part is key. As you can see the bread on the top is more toast than the bread on the bottom. This side of the bread will face down, exposing the less toasted side to be buttered.  

Once buttered, beginn to place your cheese. I layer my marble cheddar cheese on the bottom and gently place gouda on top. You can mix this combination. Once the cheese is added, you then may add bacon or any other interesting topping. Once the bacon is added, butter your second slice of bread, both sides. 

Begin to warm your skillet.

On medium heat grill your sandwich on one side for about two minutes.  

After the two minutes, do a nice light press onto your sandwich.
