“I’m going to show you how to make whipped cream and a mason jar.

Yes!

It’s quick. It’s easy. And you’re going to get it right away.

So let’s get started. First things first, I had my mason jar in the freezer for about 30 minutes, just so we can get a little bit cold while I shake it up because it’s going to be warm hands touching it, right?

So what I want to do is I want to fill my mason jar up about halfway, so that there’s enough space for the whipped cream to actually form. Then I want to put in some sugar and some vanilla.

Measurements:

1/2 a mason jar of heavy cream

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tsp vanilla extract

Then we want to screw this cap tightly and personally I’m wrapping mines into an actual cloth because I don’t want it to slip and I want the barrier between my warm hands. I want to make sure that I have a good, sturdy grip on my actual jar.

Setting my timer for three minutes…

Go!

After three minutes let’s see where it is….

FREEZE!  Quick question: would you make whipped cream out of the jar? Comment down below.

And the timer just went off. I think it’s still looking like regular milk to me.

Still not there yet, but it’s almost there. I think I need to do a couple more minutes.

But when it gets there…

Now I’ve shaken this for about 14 minutes. Let’s see what we have.

That was good. All of the 14 minutes that it took to get here were worth it. Oh my gosh. Yes. It took me 14 minutes because I’m not that strong. Oh my gosh. Oh my goodness. Oh, Oh my goodness. I have to try it by all means. If you want to add more sugar, then go right ahead. It’s perfectly the light and fluffy. The nice hint of vanilla is so good.
