So I was absolutely craving curry fries the other day and I thought to myself, “Hmm….let me try to make a recipe right at home,” and here is what I came up with.

First, you need two tablespoons of curry powder.

Two tablespoons of corn flour.

Half of a small onion chopped.

One fourth cup salted butter.

And my secret ingredient instead of using milk, lactose free whipping cream.

Allow your butter to melt in a small saucepan.

Once melted add in your corn flour, bringing that to a bubble and mix.

Once your mixture is to a bubble, add in your curry powder and mix.

Turn up the heat.

Finally added your onions. Using one fourth cup of water begin to add in slowly to your mixture to thin out your sauce.

The curry is so it’s nice and light. It’s not overbearing. The whipped cream adds more of a creaminess to it versus just the milk by itself.

This is such a treat!
