So I thought to myself, why not take it up a notch, Tara? Why not explore it the world of milk beverages and desserts! 


Uh, however, wait a second…I’m lactose sensitive. So what am I going to do? Keep on reading and you’ll see exactly how to make this frosty dairy free.


For this recipe you’ll need:

one third cup of milk

five tablespoons of Nestle quick powder

two cups of vanilla ice cream, I used goat milk ice cream sweetened with honey.  See how it comes out here!


Combine all your ingredients in the blender and mix to the proper consistency you’d enjoy.


This recipe is so quick and effortless. 


BEST PART: You can always add more milk or even less depending how thick you want yours. 


It tastes just like Wendy’s I promise, fingers crossed. I know you were probably worried because of that goat milk ice cream with the honey, but I promise you there’s no goat or honey taste.  It is just perfect.


That’s really lovely. I mean, there’s no dairy in there at the back of your throat. You don’t have that like, cloying, creamy, thick taste. All my lactose friends know exactly what I’m talking about. If you’re not a whole milk drinker, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about too.


It’s just refreshing.
