
I just made this delicious quinoa and chickpeas burger at home that’s both vegan and vegetarian. If you’re looking to spice up your bean burger at home, keep on reading.
So I wanted to reinvent myself and see if I can make my PlaneTastebuds Veggie Classic Burger taste even better than it does already and I knew I struck gold when my boyfriend told me he’d prefer to eat this burger any day of the week over a real burger😜. Don’t come at me in the comments😆. Remember positive vibes only everyone✌🏾. It’s all a matter of opinion, but I said I have to share this burger with everyone! For this recipe, you’ll need one cup of quinoa cooked with chicken broth. This is the same quinoa I made in my recent video, “How to Cook Quinoa” just thawed from the freezer. Add three fourths can of chickpeas and mash that together in a bowl.

And now it’s time to season to taste.
-One fourth teaspoon of Sazon with Saffron
-A sprinkle
-Lawry’s
-Black pepper
-Garlic powder
-Onion powder
Mix together. Now is where you add the rice flour and cornmeal to combine and stick.
Keep adding as much rice flour and cornmeal as needed until mixture binds alternating, between the two ingredients.
And here it is! Your quinoa and chickpeas burgers! It smells so good. I kid you not. The entire apartment smells like I just made some chicken. Oh, it smells so flavorful, delicious! Can’t wait to devour this. Oh my goodness.
